We have several spaces available for hosting Christmas parties in Westminster, from the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre for larger events, or the Argyll Room and Terrace for smaller Christmas parties.
Discover our largest space, the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre, which has a capacity of up to 200 guests for a festive reception, or 180 guests for a Christmas lunch or dinner. Top-of-the-range AV equipment is included in room hire to enhance your Christmas party, such as coloured ceiling LED lights, an in-house PA sound system, and an AV technician to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre can also be hired without furniture and adapted to any style, allowing you to transform it into your own Winter wonderland.

Explore the Argyll Room and Terrace, which is located on the first floor and provides a memorable setting for your Christmas party. The heated marquee on the private terrace is a perfect addition for the festive season, whilst impressive AV equipment, such as an in-built PA sound system, is included to enhance your Christmas party. The Argyll Room and Terrace has a capacity of up to 200 guests for a reception, or up to 100 guests for festive dining. The Argyll Room and Terrace can also be hired without furniture and adapted to any style to suit your event requirements.

Our rooms are equipped with the latest technology to enhance your Christmas party, from coloured ceiling LED lights to in-house PA sound systems and a three-chip data projector. We also have excellent Wi-Fi, and our in-house AV technicians are available to assist with any equipment needed during your Christmas party.

Catering
Our catering is provided by our in-house catering team Blue Strawberry, who offer excellent dishes, from a traditional three-course dinner with all the trimmings, to an elegant reception with delicious canapés and bowl foods. Plus, enjoy wine, beer, and soft drinks throughout the evening, or impress your guests with a festive cocktail or mocktail on arrival.

Our canapé and bowl food reception package, priced from £145+VAT* per person, includes:

Our three-course Christmas lunch or dinner package is priced from £170+VAT* per person and includes:
- Exclusive use of one of our rooms
- 2 glasses of prosecco
- A traditional three-course meal with vegetarian options available
- Free-flowing wine and beers
- Coffee, tea and petit four
Both of our Christmas party packages are available for a minimum of 50 guests. In the winter months, the Argyll Room is transformed with a heated marquee on the terrace to make the most of the wonderful space. Room hire is available from 12:00 until 17:00 or 19:00 until 24:00 and includes Christmas décor, furniture and linen, and a private cloakroom.
