Our Conference Rooms
We have several conference rooms available at our Mayfair venue, with a variety of sizes and versatile setups to choose from. The Bill Boeing Room is best suited to larger conferences, whilst the Broughton & Filton Room is great for smaller events. Choose the Argyll Room to take advantage of the beautiful terrace, or the Handley Page Room which boasts plenty of natural light and can be used alongside the Sopwith Room.
Explore our largest conference room, the Bill Boeing Room, which features in-built AV and a staged area. The Bill Boeing Room can seat up to 250 guests theatre style or 120 guests cabaret style. Acting as a blank canvas, this flexible ground floor space provides plenty of opportunity for branding and personalisation of your event. This stunning Edwardian townhouse features an adjoining Marshall of Cambridge Room & Foyer which is included in the Suite, acting as a great additional area for guest registration and refreshment breaks. As our largest event space, the Bill Boeing Room is well equipped with state-of-the-art AV technology, including a 4.9 x 4.3m screen, three-chip data projector, sound and lighting system and microphones which are all included in the room hire.
Discover the Argyll Room & Terrace, which has a capacity of 100 guests theatre style or 49 guests cabaret style. The outdoor area of our historic Mayfair venue, is perfect for some fresh air or refreshments after your conference, whilst the first-floor room provides an elegant setting to compliment any event.
Choose the Sopwith Room on the second floor for smaller conferences, which has large windows that offer plenty of natural light. The Sopwith Room has a capacity of up to 40 guests theatre style or 24 guests cabaret style and can be used alongside the Handley Page Room for additional space for catering breaks and guest registration.
The Handley Page Room is a spacious conference room located on the second floor of our Mayfair venue, with large windows which offer fantastic views over Hyde Park. Offering a capacity of 45 guests theatre style and 28 guests cabaret style, the Handley Page Room works well in combination with the Sopwith Room which is conveniently located opposite.
Our smallest conference space, the Broughton & Filton Room, is situated on the lower ground floor and is suitable for boardroom meetings or presentations in theatre style. The Broughton & Filton Room has a capacity of 30 guests theatre style, or 18 guests in a boardroom layout.
Our in-house AV technicians are on hand to ensure all of the equipment runs smoothly, so you can have a stress-free conference. We also have excellent Wi-Fi and several different types of microphones, so if you’re looking to host a virtual or hybrid event, No.4 Hamilton Place has all of the equipment that you would need.
Located in central Mayfair, No.4 Hamilton Place benefits from excellent transport links, making it a great conference venue location. Hyde Park Corner and Green Park tube stations are just a short walk away, or the nearest train station is just a 15-minute walk away. There are also multiple bus stops within a five-minute walk of our venue or a taxi rank just outside our front door, allowing easy accessibility for all of your delegates.
If you’re looking to impress your guests, look no further than our catering partner Blue Strawberry, who are renowned for their creative and delicious food. Their menus are intelligently designed and expertly prepared by their highly skilled team. Ensure your delegates are refuelled with our selection of snacks, treats, and nibbles, all created using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
Our day delegate rates include daytime hire of the Bill Boeing Suite, use of the AV and our in-house technician and catering throughout the day from our excellent in-house catering team, Blue Strawberry.
