Our Mayfair conference venue boasts eight private rooms across four floors, with seven of these rooms best suited to conferences. Choose the Bill Boeing Room, our largest conference room, for events of up to 200 guests theatre style, or 120 guests in a cabaret layout. Featuring in-built AV and a staged area, this flexible ground floor space is perfect for larger occasions. Room hire of the fully air-conditioned Bill Boeing Room includes a projector, sound system, screens, and microphones to enhance your conference. Plus, a fully qualified AV technician is included in room hire to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
For conferences of up to 100 guests, choose the Argyll Room & Terrace which is located on the first floor and offers an outdoor area that’s perfect for some fresh air after your conference.
The elegant Marshall of Cambridge Room & Foyer is located on the ground floor and is well suited to smaller conferences. Discover the Handley Page Room which offers fantastic views overlooking Hyde Park and works well in combination with the Sopwith Room that’s located opposite.

With a variety of rooms available to choose from, No.4 Hamilton Place offers capacities ranging from 8 to 200 delegates to meet your conference needs. Our largest space is the Bill Boeing Room, which can seat up to 200 guests in a theatre style layout, or 120 guests cabaret style. Adjoining with the Bill Boeing Room is the Marshall of Cambridge Room & Foyer, which is perfect for guest registration. The Argyll Room and Terrace has a capacity of up to 100 guests theatre style or 49 guests cabaret style, or choose the Sopwith Room on the second floor for smaller conferences of up to 40 guests theatre style. Our smallest conference space is the Broughton & Filton Room, which has a capacity of 30 guests theatre style or 18 guests in a boardroom setup. The Handley Page Room is located on the second floor and has a capacity of 45 guests theatre style, or 28 guests in a cabaret style layout.
Versatile Seating & Layouts
All of our rooms are available in a range of layouts, from theatre style to cabaret or classroom. Our rooms can also be hired without furniture and adapted to any style, working as a blank canvas space which you can transform to suit your conference needs.
Our in-house AV technicians are fully trained to ensure that all of the equipment is working efficiently so that your conference runs smoothly. We also offer excellent Wi-Fi connectivity across our Georgian townhouse, so we are fully equipped to support a virtual or hybrid conference. AV equipment is included in room hire and consists of a projector, sound system, screens, and microphones.

From bespoke floral displays to brighten up your conference space, to production teams who can provide additional event sound and lighting equipment, there’s something to fulfil all of your event requirements. Our Mayfair conference venue offers excellent transport links and can easily be reached by tube, with both Hyde Park Corner and Green Park just a short walk away. Our nearest train station is Victoria station which is a 15-minute walk away, whilst there are multiple bus stops within a five-minute walk from us. There’s also a taxi rank just outside our front door, making it an ideal location for all of your delegates to reach.
