Their talented chefs and hospitality team create dining experiences that will make every moment special for our guests and perfectly complement the atmosphere of our stunning venue.”

Why Company of Cooks?
Our friendly team is made up of event experts with a passion for putting on memorable meetings and events! So, when selecting a catering partner for our Mayfair events venue, it was important that they shared these same values.
“We selected Company of Cooks as our catering partner due to their outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional food and service within historic and prestigious venues. Their commitment to quality, sustainability, and creativity aligns perfectly with the standards and ambience of No.4 Hamilton Place.”
What can you expect from Our New Partnership?
We spoke to Laurent Ducas Dufour, Senior Director at Company of Cooks, about what their catering will bring to your events in Mayfair.
Placing food, service, and atmosphere at the heart of every interaction was a priority for No.4 Hamilton Place.
“Our team, led by Laurent and Andrew, will work closely with you to deliver a seamless, high-quality hospitality offering. With an on-site chef as part of the daily operation, we’ll elevate the food experience for members and guests alike, from spontaneous lunches to curated event menus. We bring a hospitality experience rooted in craft, creativity, and community. Our food and drink offerings celebrate handmade techniques and artisanal products, ensuring every guest enjoys something truly special.”

Seasonal Menus, Celebrating British Produce
We know delicious, fresh food is key to any event, and the carefully crafted dishes from Company of Cooks certainly won’t disappoint! When asked what type of dishes we can expect to see on the menu, Laurent said: “You can expect a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes that reflect the seasons and celebrate British produce. Our culinary approach blends creativity with sustainability, offering food that’s both beautifully presented and responsibly sourced.
Menus are tailored to suit the character of each occasion, whether it’s a relaxed wellbeing breakfast setting, a formal dinner, or a vibrant event. You’ll find a balance of bold flavours, elegant simplicity, and modern twists on classic favourites. From light bites and artisan snacks to refined multi-course meals, the focus is always on quality ingredients and memorable experiences. Collaborations with renowned chefs and a commitment to local suppliers ensure that every dish tells a story of craft, creativity, and community.”

Inclusivity at No.4 Hamilton Place
Inclusivity is a priority for events at No.4 Hamilton Place, and we strive to make sure that we can accommodate guests’ dietary requirements and preferences. When asked what catering options Company of Cooks can offer for guests, Laurent said: “We offer a range of catering options to accommodate guests with dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive choices. Our team takes great care to ensure that every guest feels included and catered for, without compromising on flavour or presentation.
We work closely with our clients to understand specific needs in advance, and we’re happy to tailor menus to suit individual preferences or restrictions. Whether it’s a single dish or an entire menu, we’re committed to creating delicious, inclusive food experiences for everyone.”

Sustainable Event Catering
We’re dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment and making sure that all events hosted at our elegant Westminster venue adhere to sustainable practices. We asked Laurent which sustainable practices they follow at Company of Cooks, and he said: “Our approach is built around responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and community engagement, ensuring that our operations have a positive impact on both people and the planet. Several of our practices include:
- Locally sourced produce – We follow a “local larder” philosophy, sourcing ingredients from regional, artisan suppliers such as Cobble Lane Cured, Paxton & Whitfield, Belazu, and Union Coffee. This reduces food miles and supports British producers.
- Fresh, seasonal menus – Our chefs design menus around the seasons, using ingredients at their peak to ensure freshness, flavour, and minimal environmental impact.
- Plant-based options – We offer a wide range of plant-based dishes, reflecting dietary preferences and reducing the carbon footprint of our menus.
- Food waste reduction – We actively minimise food waste through careful planning, portion control, and partnerships. For example, we collaborate with WasteKnot to source ingredients that would otherwise be discarded due to cosmetic imperfections.

We are accredited with three stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, which is the highest rating possible. This is a great achievement and demonstrates our commitment to sustainability across all areas of our business, from sourcing to waste management and the impact of transport.”
