Versatile Christmas Party space
Whether you’re planning a grand celebration or an intimate festive dinner, our Grade II-listed Edwardian townhouse provides a magnificent Christmas party setting. Several of our event spaces are ideal for Christmas parties, hosting seated dinners of up to 180 or drinks receptions for 200 guests.
On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by the Argyll Room, a fantastic space with a roof terrace overlooking Hyde Park. This elegant room is decorated with gorgeous gold detailing on the ceiling and can host up to 200 guests for receptions or 100 for Christmas dinners. For the festive season, our outdoor terrace area is transformed into a cosy haven with a heated marquee for Christmas drinks.
The Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre is our largest event space, perfectly equipped with sophisticated audio-visual aids including a PA sound system, coloured ceiling LED lights, and the services of a fully qualified technician. Adaptable to any style, the Bill Boeing Lecture Theatre can host receptions for 200 guests or 180 for festive dining.
With large windows providing west-facing views overlooking Hyde Park, the Handley Page Room works well for receptions of up to 50 guests or Christmas dinners for 40. This space is adaptable to a range of set-ups and is often used in conjunction with the Sopwith Room located opposite.
Elegant décor and large windows providing natural lighting make the Marshall of Cambridge Room a great choice for festive receptions for 120 or Christmas dining for 50 guests.
A popular choice for intimate Christmas celebrations, the Sopwith Room can host drinks receptions for 50 guests or up to 40 guests for private dining. This second-floor space has large windows providing a spacious atmosphere and can be used alongside the Handley Page Room to provide additional space for drinks receptions.

Our Christmas Party packages are packed with innovative, seasonal dishes for a luxurious dining experience.
Start your celebrations with a dazzling drinks reception on the terrace, fitted with a fully heated marquee around the Christmas tree, before heading inside for a seated festive feast. Or, mingle between the two spaces with a standing reception including flavourful bowl food dishes and delicious canapés.
Complete the festivities by choosing from our refreshing range of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, champagnes, and wines. Our tasty selection will leave your guests spoilt for choice!
Engaging Christmas Party entertainment
End the evening with inspiring entertainment provided by one of our suppliers. Choose Blank Canvas for classic carol singers, festive dancers and acrobats, or even Father Christmas himself!
Keep the party going with live music and DJs provided by Nathan Hassall Music, or a night of glitz and glamour with The Gatsby Girls. From photo booths to fairground games and iconic celebrity guests, the options are endless with Full Circle Entertainment.

There are multiple bus stops within a five-minute walk of our venue, and a cycle docking point on Park Lane. And for added convenience, we also have a taxi rank right outside our front door.

Our 2025 Christmas Party packages are priced from £145+VAT per person.
The canapé and bowl food package is priced from £145+VAT per person and includes:
- Exclusive use of a chosen room at No.4 on a 5-hour basis
- 2 glasses of prosecco
- 4 canapés and 3 bowls per person
- Free-flowing wine and beers
- Bottled water
- Event staff (based on a 5-hour serving time)
The three-course lunch or dinner is priced from £170+VAT per person and includes:
- Exclusive use of a chosen room at No.4 on a 5-hour basis
- 2 glasses of prosecco
- 3-course meal including vegetarian option
- Free-flowing wine and beers
- Bottled water
- Coffee, tea & petit four
- Event staff (based on a 5-hour serving time)
